George MacDougall Smith

Dougal Smith graduated from St.Andrews University in 1970, with a BSc degree in mathematical statistics. He spent 23 years in the Royal Airforce as an Electrical Engineering Officer. During the last 13 of these years, he became a specialist in Logistics modelling and was in command of the section responsible for developing and running all the RAF Logistics Models. He also gave over 500 presentations and lectures on these topics.

He is now an independent consultant, dealing with the development and production of EDCA 3, performing technical support and assitance and runs regular LOR training-courses and seminars in the UK and abroad.
